These are women who have left abuse in desperation and pain; and they carry scars of decades of abuse. Most of them have few resources. The pandemic has made it especially hard for women to work and care for their children. If you can <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tahriralnisa.org\/donate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.tahriralnisa.org\/donate\/\">help us support another five women\u00a0this month<\/a>,<\/strong><\/span> and help these single moms get through the holidays, it would make a huge impact!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"null\">&#8220;I nearly collapsed as I escaped with a trunk full of my children\u2019s clothes and a few groceries. I was terrified and unsure of what he would do to me for separating. He cut off all access to our bank accounts immediately and I needed help desperately. The community of love and support from TAF changed my life.\u201d -Woman TAF helped<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"null\">TAF Speaking Engagements<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In the past few weeks, Naghmeh was featured as a speaker at two large events and is planning a third:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Leslie Vernick\u2019s 2020 virtual 2020 Courage Conference. <\/strong>\u00a0The event was centered around and titled GROW STRONG TOGETHER. 751 women signed up!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retreat at Black Lake Bible Camp in Olympia, WA.<\/strong> This event was focused on peace, refreshment, and community. Naghmeh gave her testimony and spoke about abuse and healing from trauma.<\/li>\n<li>Naghmeh continues to speak out on abuse and work with women and churches. She is currently planning an <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eZzKyczJINg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eZzKyczJINg\">I Am His conference<\/a><\/strong><\/span> with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/teri.stagner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/teri.stagner\">Teri Stagner<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to take place in Boise, ID in 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mariam spoke remotely at Act In Time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Act in Time on Nov 19th.\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/2GgL6--a6Ws\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">This is an organization whose mission is to protect and save imperiled Christians in Ancient and Other Lands.<\/a><\/span><\/strong> The conference brought awareness to persecuted Christians in the middle east, China, and Africa. Mariam shared her testimony and the work TAF is doing to support refugees in Turkey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Partner with us.
